Wilhelm Reich/b> (1897-1957) foi um psicanalista austríaco, discípulo de Sigmund Freud que criou, a partir da psicanálise, uma nova abordagem terapêutica a qual, além das intervenções verbais, de fundamentação psicanalítica, também inclui intervenções corporais. Esta abordagem terapêutica foi inicialmente chamada de Vegetoterapia Caractero-Analítica e posteriormente de Orgonoterapia. Atualmente, é comum referirmo-nos a ela simplesmente como Psicoterapia Reichiana.
