JEFERSON TENORIO

Jeferson Tenório nasceu no Rio de Janeiro, em 1977. Doutor em Teoria Literária pela PUC-RS, foi professor visitante de literatura na Universidade Brown, nos Estados Unidos. Estreou na ficção com o romance O beijo na parede (Sulina, 2013), escolhido como o Livro do Ano pela Associação Gaúcha dos Escritores. Após Estela sem Deus (Zouk, 2018/ Companhia da Letras, 2022), publicou O avesso da pele (Companhia das Letras, 2020), romance vencedor do Prêmio Jabuti, que teve os direitos negociados para ser traduzido em Portugal, Itália, Inglaterra, França, Suécia, China, Bélgica, Eslováquia e Estados Unidos. Além da produção literária, Tenório é colunista do portal Uol. Em novembro de 2024, publicará De onde eles vêm (Companhia das Letras).
