For Mimran, spontaneity is the most important theme in the creative process. He insists, "the less you think the better art that comes out." He works with a sense of both improvisation and spontaneity, to access what's deepest within him. Each new piece he creates is a new experience he must embrace, never knowing fully what the outcome will be until the moment the work is finished.Mimran believes once the art is presented, it is then up to the admirer to react equally. His goal is to establish a dialogue between the artist and the viewer, to create a common ground for his art: "I believe that the viewer is as important as the artist, if not more important". The openness of his art leads the viewers' senses into an immeasurable expanse of possibility and imagination, rendering an experience that is both deeply personal and boldly communal.
