Patrick Nuttgens (Inglaterra, 1930-2004) foi professor de arquitetura na University of York — onde, mais tarde, tornou-se Professor Honorário — e diretor da Leeds Polytechnic (atual Leeds Beckett University), ambas na Inglaterra. Apresentou e participou de programas de rádio e televisão sobre educação e arquitetura, além de escrever sobre esses temas. Entre seus livros figuram Pocket Guide to World Architecture (1980) e Understanding Modern Architecture (1988).
