R. B. Kitaj (1932-2007) is recognized universally as a modern master. In the fourth and final edition of his definitive and much praised monograph on the artist, Marco Livingstone has updated his text to include a survey of Kitaj's work from 1999 to 2007. 30 illustrations of recent works and 20 additional illustrations of earlier works have been added.
